Beachfront RV Park

We stayed 2 weeks in October, November, and December. We enjoyed every day. The spaces are sunny and sunsets are beautiful. The ocean view is amazing and the river and marina are right out the door. We don’t mind the cars and people who come daily to enjoy this beautiful space. It is quiet at night and there is a gate and security all night. The internet works well. The staff is responsive and kept us informed when a bad storm was coming. We have no complaints and look forward to returning in the spring.

Many reviews about this place that are negative. Are the spots fancy? No, is the view remarkable? Absolutely! We are literally 50 ft from the beach and for us, I can care less about the bathrooms or other incidentals. We have our own trailer and utilize it for those things. As for busy street…. We stayed in space 9 and all we could hear was the ocean. Would definitely stay again. Pro tip for those that come in after hours… you have to enter through the exit as they close the entrance.

Loved the location HOWEVER the bathrooms were absolutely horrendous. We arrived on Thursday and left Sunday. Not once were they cleaned or restocked. Human feces spread on the walls, woman’s (used) toiletries all over the floors and no toilet paper from Saturday afternoon on. We mentioned it multiple times to the on duty brookings-harbor workers. Do better guys 🥴

Most of the reviews expressed my feelings while it may be OK for a FEW days we were to be here 10 nights. Too much traffic due to this being a public beach, it is non stop from early AM to 10 PM. As sunset approaches it gets even worse. Sites are so close your slideout almost touches your neighbors slideout. Views are spectacular if you can see them around all the parked cars. We didn't use the bathrooms. If you want a relaxing time camping on the beach this is NOT the place. Price is not too bad. Not a lot to do in Brookings but there is a great Sushi restaurant Pacific Sushi, and a great ice cream place by the harbor.

Best spot to walk on the beach or the jetty. Also was there watching about 50 boats in the space of a football field fight for salmon and sometimes each other in a friendly way. Something to see for sure. Lots of people and always busy. Been coming here for years nothings changed except the color of my hair. From just enjoying the view to watching local surfers hang 10. Do they still say that? Very popular at sunset to see couples hand in hand coming put to enjoy beautiful romantic sunsets. Or if your single , don't judge, you can look as well it might not look as beautiful to you as it does for people who have someone to share it with. Someone who won't stay as you begged them not to get on that plane to go back to thier mothers just because I wanted to follow my passion and to.own a hotdog cart. I was going to serve curly fries as well. And smile while looking at the beautiful sunset just don't let them see you cry don't let win. Oh the thing I absolutely HATE is they literally kick you out at They escort you out by a funny rent a cop. Reminded me of Paul Blar5 Mall Cop.you cant . Just sit in your car overnight. They are the geshstopo of the Ocean. Other then that I'm going to try to call her I think she has me blocked.

Beautiful view of the ocean, that's what you're paying for. The park itself is kinda run down, and the restrooms are never clean on the weekend. Unfortunately, you can no longer have little fires on the beach due to vandals lighting everything on fire and there is the ever presence of bums and drugs at the beach, just like everywhere else.
